Fermentis Safale K-97 is perfect for delicately hopped beers. This German ale brewer’s yeast produces a subtle fermentation character. Depending on conditions, it tends to present a floral and balanced fruity character. This yeast is perfect for delicate beers such as German Kolsch, Belgian Wit, Altbier, NEIPA, and some versions of session beers with a quick fermentation time. Suitable for heavily hopped beers like IPAs and can form a large firm head when fermenting.
